1. Chatbox : This is available to ask your fellow classmates for help or if you are stuck. The teacher may read this as well but is not always available. You can find it in the top right by pressing the little chat bubble icon.
2. Frequently asked questions ( FAQ ) : Below you may find questions other pupils have asked. Be sure to check if your question has already been asked.
3. The online classroom : On the introductions page there is a button to the online classroom. You will be able to speak to your fellow students and teacher here. You may also use it outside of class hours to talk and ask questions.
4. Teacher help box : Underneath the FAQ you can find a box which sends your question straight to the teacher. Only use this if the other methods have failed to help you.
Frequently asked questions
Questions : How do I contact the teacher when I am really stuck?
Answer : There is a tab in the side menu called ''questions''. Click it and scroll down, you should find a box in which you can type a question.
Question : Where is the chatbox?
Answer : it is in the top right corner of the website. it sometimes takes a while to load so whenever you refresh the page wait a while for it to appear.
Question : What is the tools tab for?
Answer : The tools tab contains sites that can help you with the exercises or to understand what you have learned better.
